Matrix Ledger is an online digital SaaS product for logging expenses, AI-parsing spending text, reviewing impulse spending, tracking subscriptions or upcoming bills, and exporting bill records.

The service is delivered online via a web application. After registering an account, you can use the core features; paid features open once a subscription is activated. Matrix Ledger involves no physical goods delivery.

Matrix Ledger is not a bank, broker, lender, tax advisor, accountant, investment advisor, or legal advisor. This application does not provide investment, tax, legal, credit, lending, or wealth-management advice.

AI-generated tags, judgments, and comments are for spending review and product experience only. You are responsible for your own financial decisions.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account access and for ensuring the spending information you submit is truthful and lawful. You may not abuse, reverse engineer, overload, resell, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

Matrix Ledger offers a Free tier and a Pro tier. Pro is available as a monthly or annual subscription priced at US$4.99/月 and US$49.90/年 respectively, billed in USD. Subscription access takes effect after successful payment and account activation.

Pro subscription payments are handled by Creem as Merchant of Record. Matrix Ledger does not store full bank card numbers or complete payment-method details.

Paid entitlements may include higher AI compute, more appeal attempts, an extended whitelist, custom categories, recurring-bill controls, and advanced settings, as described on the pricing page.

You may cancel future subscription renewals; cancellation stops future billing and does not automatically refund prior charges unless eligible under the refund window in our Refund Policy. Within a paid period, Pro access is retained until the end of the current billing period. Your first Pro subscription payment is eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Matrix Ledger provides the service "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. AI-generated categories, tags, and comments are for reference only and do not constitute professional advice.

We may update features, pricing, or policies; material changes will be reasonably notified in-app or on public pages. If you disagree with a change, you may stop using the service and cancel your subscription. We may also suspend or terminate account access when a user materially breaches these terms.
