Refund Policy

Matrix Ledger is a digital SaaS product delivered online through a web application. We do not sell physical goods, so no shipping, delivery, or physical return processes apply.

Matrix Ledger Pro is available as a monthly or annual subscription priced at US$4.99/月 and US$49.90/年 respectively, billed in USD. Upon successful payment and account activation, Pro access is enabled online.

Payment, tax settlement, and refund execution for Pro subscriptions are handled by the international gateway Creem acting as Merchant of Record.

Your first Pro subscription payment is eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase. To request a refund, email support@zackseek.com with the account email used for the subscription.

Refund requests that meet this first-subscription window are reviewed under this policy; once approved, the refund is returned to the original payment method via Creem's official process. Chargebacks and similar disputes are likewise handled through Creem and applicable law. Refund requests beyond the 14-day window may be declined unless required by applicable law.

You may cancel future Pro renewals at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund prior charges unless that payment falls within the refund window above.

After cancelling renewal, you retain Pro access through the end of your current paid billing period. Pro access ends once a refund is approved, a payment dispute is resolved, or the subscription naturally expires.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Creem. The actual time to reflect in your account may depend on your bank, card network, or payment processing speed.
