Privacy Policy
Effective: July 17, 2026
1. Product Scope
Matrix Ledger is an online digital SaaS application for expense logging, subscription tracking, upcoming-bill management, and impulse-spending review. Matrix Ledger does not provide investment, tax, credit, lending, legal, or wealth-management advice.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect your account information, such as email address, third-party login provider details, and the location, base currency, categories, risk thresholds, and bill records you set in the app.
When you submit text or voice transcripts for AI parsing, the system processes that content to extract bill amounts, dates, categories, recurring intent, and spending-review tags.
3. Storage and Service Providers
Matrix Ledger uses Supabase for authentication and database storage. AI parsing may be processed by third-party AI infrastructure using the spending text you actively submit. Paid subscription plans are processed for payment by Creem.
For product analytics we use PostHog to measure feature usage, conversion funnels, and campaign attribution (for example UTM parameters). Analytics events are designed not to include bill descriptions or monetary amounts. After you sign in, PostHog identifies your session by an internal user ID only and does not attach your email address for identification.
For reliability we use Sentry to capture application errors and performance issues. Sentry binds sessions to an internal user ID only and does not receive your email address for that purpose.
Session replay (if enabled in our analytics project) is off by default and may start only on selected product surfaces such as the upgrade paywall. When recording runs, visible text and form inputs are masked so bill amounts and descriptions are not readable in the replay.
These services may be located outside your country or region. We use contracts and access controls to require service providers to protect your data within a reasonable scope.
Matrix Ledger does not store full bank card numbers. Card and payment-method information is handled by Creem under its security and compliance framework.
4. How We Use Information
We use relevant information to operate the product, authenticate users, store bill records, generate AI parsing and review results, provide customer support, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and manage subscription access. Aggregated analytics help us understand which features work and how people discover the product; error monitoring helps us fix crashes.
5. Data Retention, Export, and Deletion
While your account is active, we retain the account information and bill records needed to provide the service. If you request account or data deletion, we typically complete processing within 30 business days of receiving a valid request; residual data in backup systems is cleared within a reasonable period thereafter.
Matrix Ledger supports exporting bill records as CSV. To request account or data deletion, contact us by email: support@zackseek.com.
6. Cookies and Local Storage
We use necessary cookies or similar technologies for login authentication, session continuity, security, and product analytics (including anonymous session continuity before sign-in). We do not use them for advertising tracking unrelated to product operation.
